Be Part of the Circus!

The Circus Format

There will be 8-10 featured speakers in addition to 10-20 exhibitors at each conference. The conferences are from approximately 9:00am to 4:00pm, with the vendors leaving around 3:00 pm. Lunch is provided for the attendees and vendors, along with coffee and beverage service throughout the day. In all, there will be 20-40 sponsoring companies.

Sponsorship Levels

Sponsorship with Featured Speaker Break-out

  • 45 minute speaking time slot
  • exhibition space
  • post registration attendee list
  • Your company logo on all conference communications (social media, blog articles, email, invitation, website, etc.)
  • VIP passes for guests (25)

Total cost of sponsorship - $2,500

Exhibition Sponsorship

  • exhibition space
  • post registration attendee list
  • Your company logo on all conference communications (social media, blog articles, email, invitation, website, etc.)
  • VIP passes for guests (10)

Total cost of sponsorship - $1,000

Pre-event Sponsorship 

  • Featured content on website (example: whitepaper, research, eBook, planning tools, etc.)
  • Featured content will be promoted via pre- and post-event email campaigns, social media and other event communications
  • Your company logo prominently featured
  • Email capture of all download requests - available only to you as the sponsor

Total cost of sponsorship - $500

Event Give-away Sponsorship 

  • Limited to only 5 vendors
  • Each vendor will be identified as the give-away sponsor
  • Two time slots for give-aways - at lunch (2) and at event closing (3)
  • Vendor's representative will do the drawing
  • Your company identified as a give-away sponsor.

Variable cost of sponsorship - $250 to $1,000

Sponsors:
1) Digital Marketing agencies, consultants and service providers.
2) Marketing technology products or services.

Attendees:
1) Companies looking to source Digital Marketing products or services
2) Role/Responsibility: marketing management, marketing operations, and marketing communications
3) Size: Small/Medium Business through Small Enterprise, cross-industry
4) We anticipate between 100 and 200 registered attendees per event.
